RP Glitches, if you dont want to do those, just grind missions.
Grinding missions is probaly the best thing cause you also earn loads of money, i used to do it with friends. I still ended up modding myself just because its better.

there are a few RP missions on on the social club (look for one from Killamodzx705x called RP BOOST fast ranks!!!) you will need a friend that will let you shoot him several times to get the most amount of RP. otherwise blow up 2. put sticky's on the cars you need to destroy then go into the wall breach near LS customs by Lester's warehouse. kill everything for at least 9 - 10 minutes then call Lester or go to the back corner of the wall glitch until you lose the cops. fall into the grey area to get out and take the car to Simeon. i earn a heap of dollars and almost 10,000 RP. best iv tried.
