I'm just now getting into destiny and don't have the dlc yet, I'm currently level 24 and trying to progress more! I've been doing the dailys and the tiger strikes, is this the best way for me to get legendary and better gear with more light? Thanks to anyone who replies with some info

just keep doing strikes. Another good way is having your friends carry you through raids. Thats how i got good gear

I can carry you through vault of glass, nightfall, and weekly heroic when I have time?(If nightfall and weekly heroic aren't dlc related the week we play)

I was the same and i got carried through the VoG raid a while back just before crotas end came out now im level 34 Just get some high level friends and you should get good gear in no time from VoG! the strikes not so much though in my opinion..
