Not bad considering the 2-way SLI. Didn't realise how much more wiggle room I'd have removing the two monitors.
Personnaly i scrap the 970s and got for a titan X but thats me haahah
The trouble is that he could buy 3 970s (not that you would want to) and still not cost as much as a Titan X.
Not that the Titan X isn't worth the money, it just costs an absolute tonne to purchase in the first place.

I don't like the TitanX. Multiple reviewers and a friend of mine have said that it's not worth the money.

You're watching bad reviewers than. The Titan X is definitely worth the money. That is, if you use it for its purpose. People who buy those cards sometimes don't even use it for a full purpose. They play games an older much cheaper card can run.

I'm talking more that it's not worth the money because you can get 2-3 970s and get the same performance as the Titan X cheaper than the Titan X itself.

Just for clarity, if you were to spend more.. Get dual 980s not tri 970s. Three 970s isn't worth using. Dual 970s is brilliant, adding another one doesn't add much to the table.

OP-Will you be overclocking? High speed RAM is not going to be worth the extra unless the difference is only like $5, then you might as well.
Oh, and the 750G2 is more than enough for SLI 970s. SLI 970s and a 4790k, all overclocked, would be fine on a good quality 620W unit. I run my 4790k, and SLI Strix 970's on a 750G2.
