If you know all your security info, then getting the password won't be a problem, if you contact them on support then I am sure they can help.

If you can confirm you own it by confirming info on it then head towards Xbox/Microsoft support line(s).

If you happen to have the account on your console, then you could have someone rgh it then just dump your ram and look for the email/pass in the ram dump. I had to do it when I forgot my email/pass to one of my old GT's haha. It's a last case scenario but if you're desperate for the login and Microsoft support can't help you, it's pretty much your only choice if you want your login info

You can reset it if you have access to your email which was linked to it! Knowing one security question helps.
Check this out! [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

If you have a recovery code you can reset it easy

If all else fails you can do a account recovery:https://account.live.com/acsr

or you can contact Accounts and Billing and claim you forgot your password.

You can reach Accounts and Billing at Support.microsoft.com/contactus

but you will need a secondary Microsoft Account in order to speak with them as you will need to sign in to speak with them.
