It's a T-Mobile Dongle Allowing Internet coverage were ever T-mobile is in the country. You can check here if it will give you coverage were you are.

I use this everyday and It gives you unlimited usage and it doesn't ask you to pay more if go over the fair usage rate. Price is 39.99 pounds from the carphone warehouse.
It is relatively quick and when you have at least medium single it load's up TTG in around 2 seconds

In uk At/T barely or doesn't have singnle
