I'm looking to build a pc that i can use to record with my HDPVR, edit and render xbox clips, VideoFX, photoshop and upload to youtube/ maybe the odd game?
I'm from UK so GBP and looking for a cheap sustainable build with peripherals and it needs to be able to handle 1080p fap times;)

Cheaper the better tbh;)

You can get something fairly decent with 500 pounds that will be good enough to edit and render content.

You'd be surprised how easy it is, plus windows 10 will be free.

Dont know if its an issue for the OP But as far as i know your going to need a graphics card to render...but i might be stupid

Would it not be better for a slightly worse CPU and included a dedicated GPU with the build, or did I miss it in the list?

You don't need a GPU to render but you will benefit from Cuda acceleration but it's not required, as op is on a limited budget a very low end gpu would most likely slow him down.
