Im 16 in 10th grade and having troubles with Algebra 2 and I was wondering if anyone on TTG has ever been bad at math but been interested on working on computers to program and just work on them to design things?
I did decent in Geometry with a 90 but I have a feeling this class might be a 83 or 85.

Study harder. Join a group study. Be curious when working on problem. Do some research.

There are many resources for you to look up.

Dont get depressed. If you want to do something with your life, then do it. I have hit many obstacles in my studies but i always find a way to overcome them. Math starts out easy but later gets very difficult.

Dont lose focus.

Goodluck

Why dont you go back over it from the beggining because all algebra is, is understannding part a to figure out part b

try looking it up online and see if that gives you a different prespective on it

My teacher doesn't check homework so I use It as a study tool, and I've studied pretty thorough on this Section but my mind always goes blank as soon as I get the Quiz or Test. Luckily today I did okay on my quiz but I make such careless and simple mistakes sometimes.

I suck at Maths. That's due to being lazy during school and just giving up on Maths because it was boring me. That didn't stop me tho. I'm now studying Computer Science at University. My course is based around coding (Java, Javascript and some others that come later). The only reason they like you to have Maths is because if you're good at Maths you should theoretically be good at logic. Programming needs alot of logic to get your head around how to code a problem. I know programming would be alot easier for me if I was good at Maths but if programming and computing if your passion you won't let that stop you. Once you get your head round programming it's easy. You'll have a maths module to do if you choose to study a programming heavy module. (This module killed my grade a bit but I managed to make up for it in other areas).

Just stick in and I'd say if I could give any suggestions; try hard at Maths and try to get to grips with it. It'll make it easier for you if you choose to study Computing.
