I need some help with ideas for a Popsicle stick bridge.

Requirements:
The bridge must span a 35.5cm gap (approximately 14 inches)- this means that your bridge must be at least 40.5cm long (approximately 16 inches) at its base. It must be at least 10 cm (approximately 4 inches) wide. There is no height requirements on limit.

Materials:
100 popsicle/craft sticks and white school glue.

I need it to support 100+ lbs. I have an idea I need a better one though. +rep and .25$ paypal will be given to the best idea.

We made it out of little wood strips that you could break in half by looking at them.

We held the most in our class though.
