Iv never seen this on my task manager before and I googled it and it said it was a virus so I tried to remove it with MSE, malware-bytes and hitman pro but they didnt pick it up. Is it a virus and is it something to be worried about?

Windows uses the COM Surrogate to run code for programs as a separate process to prevent issues with this code from interfering with other programs. You didn't read the Google results well enough because they say that malware can name it's processes after this legitimate system process to avoid detection. This doesn't mean it's malware.
