Anyways seen a few people with these before and it was mostly the chavs that ride them and they ride them like complete idiots. I hope you're not one of them...

You can get a 50cc geared engine, they are good starter bikes and they look alike real motorbikes. I agree with you on the moped scooters, they are always thinking they're super bikes.

True but 50cc can only go so fast so it would be pretty pointless getting it especially if you need to travel a lot.

Seen a couple guys when I have been just driving about basically try and wheelie them and nearly fall of them,
worse thing about is none of them were wearing any protective gear apart from a helmet, so if they fall it's gonna be sore one.

I'm not one of them but i will be doing wheelie's and i will be wearing protection
and its going to be tuned to a 70cc so its going over 60mph

It is doubtful that it will get over 60MPH, the bike is not designed to do anything over 40. The cooling system will not be sufficient and the engine life will go a lot quicker, stick to the original 50cc. You're not meant to go over 30 anyway.

I had a 6 Speed 2 stroke and that would get up to 55MPH stock, gears are a lot different to the transmission you're running.

You do realise that it would be illegal to ride it on your cbt, and your insurance would void your policy if you crash.

Im not saying you will crash, or a cop may stop you but you never know. a car could rear end you at a traffic light, there are things that you just can not avoid.

If you did get caught you would get charged for riding without a licence, riding without insurance and a few other things.

if anything happens expect VERY VERY big fines (possibly in the thousands depends if you was in a crash), court hearings and a ear full from your parents.

personally i skipped the 50cc. The sound of them.... horrid. Also you dont want to pin the throttle constantly going 60, firstly its obvious sign to police and you would get pulled over instantly, secondly your engine will blow, belt snap...

Exactly what i was saying, 50cc scooters are not a cool bike. Keep them stock and wait for a bigger bike.

50ccs are dangerous, cars are always tail gating you, pushing you to the curb trying to overtake. You look like a chav.

If you only riding around your town then i guess okay. anymore than that and you will struggle and get frustrated. You will eventually start to hate it. wait till 17 and get your self a nice geared bike.
