From the sounds of it he has a dookie booter he bought offline that has a max boot time of a couple minutes. Which means he will forget about you after an hour or so and be on his way as long as you're not harassing him. (There is nothing you can do about it) :trollin:

Aint wrote Hey bro you need to contact Microsoft and let them know the persons gamertag then call you internet provider and tell them you have been ddosed they most likely will trace their ip and report it and 9/10 he will be banned from Xbox
They will not Trace the IP. They will change your IP for you if you don't know how. Anyway most Dos attacks are Spoofed which means they want be able to trace it. The kid is most likely using a Stresser which Stressers don't link your own IP, It would trace back to the Stressers IP.

Firstly if you're still being hit offline unplug your modem for 5 minutes then put it back in. This will hopefully reset your IP and cancel out the attack.
As for the justice their is not much you can do, MS don't care about people that boot so all you can do is avoid them or get on their good side. He probably didn't mean to hit you so it's going to be easier if you just forget about it.
You could always get a protected VPN to stop this happening in the future.

He added me but I can't really do anything. He is not resolvable. I'll try to talk to him.
Contacting Microsoft is really not going to do anything but waste your time. Just get a few friends to report him and it might take a while but he will eventually be banned. If you can get him to Message you saying he is going to "DDoS you" then report him and they can see the message and he will for sure be banned. But I hope the issue gets resolved.
