Okay so I've just brought a pre built pc with no software, now I know every single persons eyes on TTG have just rolled back because I've bought a pre built but anyway thought I'd ask are the windows 8 software on EBay a legit thing ?

Nah, jokes aside, It is all down to the sellers reputation if you are worried about buying software of Ebay I would just buy it of Amazon or another, more trusted site, like that

Thought I'd ask because they seem cheap on EBay I don't suppose you know what's cheap or what's expensive when comes to buying this ?

ok yeah you can do that but for gaming i recommend windows 7 anyway
