The Queen "owns" public land, which should couldn't sell for profit.
The UK is still a constitutional monarchy and she can't just make any unilateral decisions she wants.

The largest owner of PRIVATE land is John Malone. It has to be privately owned to be legally allowable to sell at your whim.
