First of all it does work for me and if it works for me I'm sure for many others. Second, how do you know they aren't working on trying to fix the or MAYBE they are unaware of the problem because people complain about the problem but don't report. Please think before you post because if they didn't care about the quality of their service and whatnot, they wouldn't have millions of active users. Now that to say I'm not saying Xbox is perfect but it is great overall. Only complaints I truly see for Xbox is the charge to play online which isn't a big deal although I'm not too fond of it either. I prefer xbox over Playstation anyday unless MS just goes to complete sh*t.

I understand your point of view, however Microsoft is a multi-million dollar company. The system that I am talking about is on their website. To this exact time, for some reason the message centre on the site is back up which is ironic. But I can 100% guarantee that the messaging section of the site was down over a week.

It would read "Their appears to be a glitch in the system".

It just annoyed me so much, my bad. After all the trouble with the hacking groups and DDoS'ing, people have proved that Microsoft does not have any protection for their servers. Over all I do enjoy playing with the console after a day of college and "life" things. Its just I wish the company would put more investment into imporving their systems and services.

There is no such thing as an impenetrable software/server/etc. Government computers have been hacked on many occasions. Do you really think xbox, PS, or any other service can truly protect themselves? No its not possible BUT it is one of the most secure and thats really it.

Maybe there is, maybe there isn't. I barely know anything about servers etc. However I do know for a fact that you can buy more security/equipment for them. Yes they may still not be impenetrable and top of the line security, but they can invest in better equipment to prepare for these attacks from the anonymous people. To be honest the people at Microsoft have some extreme skill that no one else rarely has. They have some of the top of the line engineers working for them. But I am just stating and yet, wondering if they can do some imporvements to make their products better and reliable.
