It hasn't worked normally to me for about 2 weeks now, always says "error" at the tab in my browser, and I haven't been able to send a message for a long time now.

i have no issue with it at all, have you guys tried turning the console completely off?

I get tired from ignorant comments like this. Just because it doesn't work for your doesn't mean it doesn't work for the majority. First of all it does work for me and if it works for me I'm sure for many others. Second, how do you know they aren't working on trying to fix the or MAYBE they are unaware of the problem because people complain about the problem but don't report. Please think before you post because if they didn't care about the quality of their service and whatnot, they wouldn't have millions of active users. Now that to say I'm not saying Xbox is perfect but it is great overall. Only complaints I truly see for Xbox is the charge to play online which isn't a big deal although I'm not too fond of it either. I prefer xbox over Playstation anyday unless MS just goes to complete sh*t.

I understand your point of view, however Microsoft is a multi-million dollar company. The system that I am talking about is on their website. To this exact time, for some reason the message centre on the site is back up which is ironic. But I can 100% guarantee that the messaging section of the site was down over a week.

It would read "Their appears to be a glitch in the system".

It just annoyed me so much, my bad. After all the trouble with the hacking and DDoS'ing, people have proved that Microsoft does not have any protection for their servers.
