So I've recently got into playing csgo. Coming from Call of Duty, I'm not really familiar with the whole items and case idea. From what i've learned you can get skins and cases by just playing often. Is there any ways to get keys to open cases from just playing? Money is hard for me but I want to open my first case on csgo. Is there a way to get keys without buying them?

I tend to avoid even using the cases at all to be honest. Valve makes 15 million GBP a month from skins. I just buy my skins from the market.

to answer your question you cannot get keys from playing the game, only cases and bad skins
