Sorry, I know I made a thread about a week ago asking for a 400+ pc but my monitor broke last week and need a new one.

I need..
- Monitor
- Mouse

I can also go lil over 300.

It's an extremely tight budget, especially since you need a monitor too.

Low-end APU isn't going to give you the best performance, but all you'll get for a little over budget. Anything less just isn't going to be worth it.

Yes, it does.
Prices in America are cheaper but if you purchase from their websites you'll have to pay import tax etc.

why not just wait till you have more cash? unless you are in need of it asap that is. I understand the monitor part but not a pc for streaming/ gaming etc at the budget your on. it wont be the best but its upto you or you could wait a little longer until u have a decent budget then go and splash the moneyz

You would want to add a dedicated gpu to it later on.

A bit over gets a great starter rig;

You'll need to ask whoever you buy the motherboard from to update the BIOS. Add another 4GB RAM and an SSD when you can.
