Hey Guys I'm looking to build a Family PC that will be able to run some games and be good at multi tasking. No peripherals.

I'm wanting to upgrade a few things in my build and use my old parts for the new PC.

The parts I'm going to reuse from my build
-My Graphics Card - I posted a topic that I was going to purchase one and I purchased a lower end one without waiting for others to reply, so now I'd like to upgrade it. I would like to stay below $250
-My case - I'm looking to upgrade my case to something with better cable management looking to stay below $130
-My Power Supply - Just want to upgrade the one in mine to 750W for any future upgrades I make looking into this one [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
-My memory - I'm looking to get 2x8gb memory sticks (I know I don't need it but I just want it)

EDIT:
I plan to Upgrade the parts in my current build and use the old parts to make a computer to stay at my Dad's house. All of the parts that I am have in the partpicker link that I plan to reuse are the ones that I plan to upgrade.

My current build

What do you plan to use the pc for?

Do you really need such an expensive keyboard? the money could be put towards a much better gpu.

"upgrade" would be the key word here guys. He has these components and peripherals already.

OP-You want a modular PSU. 750Ti in a $1200 rig is still ridiculous btw, that should be upgraded. Add an SSD. Not much else you need to do. It all depends on your budget though.

The first thing I would put in is an SSD and put the OS on the SSD so that boot times are under 30 seconds. Once you have it you can't live without it.

That's what I was thinking, also want a case to hide the excess cords. I know you can't go wrong with a Samsung SSD so I suppose I'll pick that up. Any tips for what to do as far as memory goes?
