i was wondering if its possible to get a 2player minecraft server thats able to have mods on for free if so whats the easiest way to do it

if anyone knows please let me know as it will help me out a bunch

If you want to play Minecraft you'll first need a Premium Minecraft account. Now for the two player server, there are many tutorials on YouTube on how to create servers. You can just type in 'Minecraft how to create a server' and there will be plenty of videos. Also for mods you can get those for free by downloading mod packs. Feed The Beast is a very common one.
