i have my j tag all set up and can systemlink but is there a patch that is infecable mod menu ? or anyway to mod more than the few things via system link without bein online ? also whats the best mw2 mod menu out ? tu8

iKonroi v5 Mod Menu Cracked for Mw2 and CoD4 Sooooo Wasted Menu for Cod 4.

You should take a look for menu's yourself, find one you like, but you cannot infect yourself with a menu itself maybe some pub cheater stuff and you can do a CL for yourself thats about it.

Personally I like iKonroi v5 or Outbreak 1.2
But as TranceM8 said "You should take a look for menu's yourself, find one you like..."
People have different opinions on menus and what not. Have a look on youtube and see what menus you think look good then download them and test it out for yourself.
As far as infections go on MW2, I believe you can only do things such as XP Infections, GTNW (Global Thermonuclear War) and Public Cheater. You can't infect yourself with menus if I remember correctly.
