Basically i created a channel for a friend and it hasn't got a subscribe button for anyone. I have asked many people and they have told me there is no sub button. Anyone know whats wrong or how to fix?

Maybe youtube made it so that you need to upload a video before someone subs? Idk, try to upload a video and we'll see what happens.
