I advise to put some of your work up so people can see what you do,
and can match there work to yours.

Steps in starting and running a team:
  • Provide a goal and description of the team.
  • Provide a basic layout of team structure.
  • Provide work so people can see if its worth joining.
  • Provide a list types of designers you're looking for.
  • Provide an explanation for what is in it for the designer.
  • Re-Assure them they will not be a graphics slave for a clan...or will they. lol.
