Are you considering an AiO system, or a custom loop?
For all in one I would recommend the Kraken x 61. It's one of the best for the price. This is a dual length radiator measuring at 280mm. This will run you $130 depending on where you are from.

If you want a smaller solution then shoot for the H80i. This has a push pull fan system on it.

Another low priced solution would be the h60. It will run you at $60. It has a 140mm radiator and one fan. This seems to fit what you want. You can get two of them and have one for the GPU and one for the CPU.

One issue with GPU water cooling with the AiO is that you have to make, or buy a special bracket that will allow it to mount to the card.

If you go with the open loop system, then here is a video to get you started.

You'd have to get something with a round block on it. H50 will work with the kraken G10. There are people that have had success with it. It will take some heavy modding to do.

Kraken X61 and Corsair's Hydro AIO's are CPU coolers. You could probably ghetto rig an AIO on to a GPU but it'd be a pain. Even AMD's reference GPU coolers(which are notoriously poor) will do a fine job cooling a 290x, which is going to run hotter than your 285 so I can't imagine why you'd need to improve your GPU temps? If they're getting a little high for your liking, it could potentially be caused by poor airflow in your case.

As for the G10, it's an adapter. It can be used to fix an AIO to your GPU. Pretty sure the G10 is going to work fairly well with NZXT's X40 or X41 AIO. NZXT don't list the 285 as a compatible card on the G10's spec, but the 280 and 280x are compatible. Not all AIO's are going to be compatible with the G10, but again, more information on the G10's spec page. Depending on your 285's cooler, it may not be compatible, that's something you'd have to double check yourself, so here's the page for the G10;

I personally don't think it's worth the hassle if your temps aren't too bad or can be brought down by more/better case fans and a clean out.
