I would like to build my parents a new computer, the one they use is trash and I cannot stand using it. It is running Win vista and has 3 gigs of ram, its almost unusable.

Currency: USD

Budget: preferably $300 to $400 if possible. If you can build it for less I would be even happier.

Monitor: I'm considering it. if you would, make two builds, one with a good monitor and one without.

Keyboard and mouse: I will not need one

Operating system: windows 7 or 8

What will it be used for: My parents internet browsing adventures, I would like it to be able to run garry's mod and tf2 for my brother. other than that this will not be used for gaming.

I would appreciate if you would put 8 gigs of ram in the build, if that does not work out 4 gigs is fine, but I would really prefer 8, or even 6.

Thanks

For that price and what it's gonna be used for, I'd just go with an Intel NUC or an AiO.

AiO Intel option:

AiO AMD Option:

1080p screens run at around 100$ at amazon.

Stronger CPU and graphics, as well as an SSD which is going to be a v nice addition.
