I've been looking at buying Bierhoff for a while now and I cant decide if to get him or not.

I would definitely say no. He might have been a legend in real life but EA decided to make him one of the worst legends on FUT 15. Just compare his stats to MOTM Gomez. [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
