If my friend fileshares a game off his cousins account could I then fileshare that game to my ps4 through my friends account?

Sorry , but nope you can only gameshare/fileshare with one account. same goes with xbox 360 if I LT with a friend then try to LT again with an account on my HDD it will not work because that's not the Original owner of that game.

That sucks I thought I was getting a free copy of bf hardline , thanks any way.
