There is a working way to get heist/mission outfits to save and become your own. If you want to know how to do it, post and I'll pm you the link to the tutorial. Have fun! (Works with all heist outfits and mission outfits)

It's not a hard glitch just a matter of having people to do it with, although I had no idea there was a hat to the uniform?
