Well basically today I was recording something and I need to post it to a forum I was recording it on my phone and I transferred it to pc and I need to know how to actually link it

Upload the video to a video sharing website such as Youtube and then just grab the link that it provides after the video is uploaded and then just paste it to whomever you wish to see it.
