Is it good for what I'm looking to get out of it?

Yes, it should handle those programs very smoothly.

Hey, I was just wondering how this build looks. I am looking for under $700 preferably $600-$650 but $700 is fine. The parts are listed below on pcpartpicker. I am looking to play games such as Minecraft and CS:GO on it and be able to do mid-well video editing on it! Thank you very much please give feedback on the parts and if it will be a complicated build or not and if you don't think it's good please suggest specific parts that are around its price range or lower! Thanks.

The link doesn't work, could you maybe screenshot the parts list or just write the components you were looking to use in the system?

If so, it's terrible. The mobo is a waste since you're not overclocking and don't need SLI. R7 250 is way too low-end for a $700 rig. PSU isn't very good. You're better off getting your OS for free since it gives a significant amount more to spend on components.

Might as well buy windows 7 and wait for 10 to come out for the free upgrade. (only for win 7, 8, 8.1)

It is. Could you PM me your Skype or Kik or something because I'd like to talk with you about it other than back and forth over a period of time like this.

That's what a forum is for.

That way, your not relying on one person to help you and others can contribute when they feel they can.

I know nothing about CPUs and GPUs, so if any of you could give me a couple of ideas of cheap ones that are good for what I'm looking to get out of them that'd be great.

Updated parts list. People above give it a second look and second opinion? Changed the motherboard and a few other things! Thank you.
