For some reason, downloading Heists on GTA V for Xbox 360 is messed up. In order to download it, you must search for "Heists" on the Bing Search on the Xbox 360 Dashboard. It will bring up the DLC, and just confirm the download. It's 1.07 GB, hope this helps!
