So i was playing on joey kushs xp MW3 lobby or whatever and i had donated $8 to him in return he said he would give me co-host on all of his lobbies which he never did and i asked him several times when he would then he started avoiding me... i was playing around in there and then it said someone had signed into my profile from a different console then i almost instantly got suspended for a week or 2.. Im very pissed off that i gave him money for nothing, and also at the same time suspicious

The signed in on another device thing is normal. If you are playing while you get suspended that's what it always says. As for the payment thing, charge back on paypal if you can.

Not necessarily a scam, but yes charge back with PayPal if he is still avoiding you. But first consider PMing him on here. The signed in in a different location is normal for being banned as well.
