Sorry to drop this big depressing bomb on you, but I just need some help. Basically, I'm sick of my life (not to a suicidal point) but I hate everything about it, I'm sick of my body, I'm forced to go somewhere that I hate everyone around me for 6 hours a day, I don't talk to anyone, don't do any hobbies and always self-concious. I just don't have any use on this earth, and virtually am being controlled and forced do everything I hate. It's just a repeating hell hole. Anything I can do to make it better or any advice? Thanks.

find something you really like doing and meet other people that like doing that thing you'll have something to keep you busy and make friends along the way

I'm really self concious which made me kinda' socially awkward, and I don't really have a passion or can think of one.

See if you've got a school nurse at your school and have some sessions with her. Helped a shit ton for me. I mean it didn't stop my depression and anxiety, but they will help you to make it all more bearable and potentially get your life back on track. Plus the fact that it's at school means no-one has to know. Good luck with it all

(Reading that you're socially awkward because of it all reminds me too much of my situation. Reply back on this if you want my skype so we can message, but we both know it can be difficult to start conversation with a stranger and continue it. But I'm here mate if you need it)

I've had 2 sessions with her, but I'm really socially awkward and get really nervous.

if you are self conscious join a gym with a friend or jog or ride a bike, or just dont give a shiz what people think I don't you are you end of people only judge because they are either jelaous or have a shiz life just ignore them and they must be something you wanna do if you have a dream just chase it and don't stop

You want us to tell you how to live your life? , You want us to tell you how to love your life?

We dont know you , Your interests , Your beliefs , Your situation , Your aspirations , We know very little about you.

YOU are in charge of your life , You shouldent be asking other people how to live or improve your life.You know what you like , What you dont like , What your purpose is - Thats all in you.

Any advice given on this post - Ignore it.

Do what you want to do to improve your life or you wont improve your life.

I can tell you - Work out - Eat better , Take better care of your self , Stop thinking negatively etc but none of its going to help one little bit if you dont have a reason for doing it - If you want to improve your life - Write down everything you hate - Find a solution for each one - Work on one goal (100% into this goal) until you achieve it - Then onto the next one.

**** ya I've been there and don't have people tell you college gets better because it doesn't. It gets a little better because you don't have to spend as much time in class around other people and most people will just ignore you. I would go have sex with an escort and I have many times. This keeps me sane and from becoming the next elliot rodgers. Then I would find something to do to escape realilty like watch game of thrones, dexter, homeland, house of cards, play wow, play xbox, watch banshee, watch the walking dead, and watch breaking bad.

I completely understand. I start shaking like a leaf caught in the wind and the first few times I actually had panic attacks. If there's any way I can help out, I'd love to because I know it's such a horrible feeling

Start collecting something.

I'm sure there is something that you like out there, whether it be stamps, coins, sport cards, etc.

You'll probably find someone who has the same interest as you. Don't let life beat you up, you need to over come your anxiety, and talk to some people. I myself, am very shy. It messed up a big part of my life from about 6th grade to around 9th when I got to highschool.

But, now I'm a senior in Highschool, with less than half a year until I'm "an adult", and I'm ready for it now. I'm no longer shy/socially awkward.

I don't go to your school, so I don't know what it has to offer as far as sports, clubs, etc.

Try joining a sports team. Whether it be something like Football, soccer, swimming, Track and Field, Crosss Country, Lacrosse, Rugby, etc. You will make friends without a doubt, whether or not you are 'socially awkward'.

Don't let this ruin you're life. You do matter as a human being to this planet and to the human race. Don't let anybody tell you otherwise.
