Hell man, you're spending $3000+ on a machine, I think no matter what you pick it will be amazing lol. However, you should look into buying 2 graphics cards and doing an SLI setup if you have that much money to spend. Also, its not that big a deal, but you could put everything on SSD and have no HDD's, that way everything you do would be very fast and fluid. Just some suggestions, have fun

CX series PSU? No.

If i had that much to spend on a PC I'd be getting the Nzxt Kraken X61 also.

CPU and Motherboard are not even compatible.

32" Monitor jheeze, personally i think that's too big to game on especially if your sat at a desk.

Its overpriced and seeming though your spending this much on a rig you may as well build it.

What is your budget and currency? (Pound sign does not work normally, use GBP abbreviation)
Do you need a monitor?
Do you need a keyboard?
Do you need a mouse?
Do you need an operating system?
What will you use the PC for?
Will you overclock?

Ridiculous. $700 for a 1440p panel?

The 5960x is a behemoth. 8 core, 16 thread monster. You can swap it for the 6 core, 12 thread i7-5820k if you wish to save some money. Since you have $4k, I'd use the remaining $600 for a custom loop. You could add a 2nd 980 in SLI and just grab an AIO though. You can easily add another 32GB RAM in the future, if you wish. You can also add another 3 980's in SLI easily.
