Go along with it, Ask yourself If you had a test to see if you pass College and if you fail and you have to retake it for 4 years and the teacher misgrades it, Would you tell them?

Two things to consider.

How desperate are you that you need the 16/10 over the 6/10.

If 6/10 will honestly ruin your chances of passing the class. It is worth not saying anything, and let her find on her own. The worst that can happen is she fixes it and if she asks you, tell her you didn't even check your grades.

If you CAN pass the class with the 6/10. Then tell the truth.

Personally, I would tell the teacher no matter what. I'd rather learn from my mistakes, than take what is given without trying. Personally...but hey, you have two choices. 50% chance to do what is right.
