I've been an xbox original member for 11yrs running now. I've paid a good premium in those 11yrs $70 a yr comes to $770 over those 11 yrs. I'm not asking for money back but it would be greatly appreciated if when xbox live is down and i cant play multi player that they credit that day on to the end of my gold subscription is that to much to ask??
original xbox $199 extra controllers x4 $160 not to mention over 50 games but wont price
xbox 360 $299 3 controllers $180 kinect $100 also over 50 games
xbox one day one ed $550 2 controllers $120 external hd 5tb $85 (due to xbox not putting in enough memory to begin with)
so doing the math just the money i have given directly to microsoft not including games is $2463.
the cost for them giving me back the days i couldnt play would be $0.19 a day
im just about done with this money grubbing corporation

i see what you mean, but it's not always there fault, isn't lizard squad currently DDoSing them. in that respect it should be Lizard Squad paying for your membership, not the company working hard to bring there servers back online.
they should probably just give out free days to everyone to make up for it. but companies will be companies... there only real concern is money.

Microsoft do it because they get away with it because you lot buy it!
If people stopped buying Gold, the feature would be removed instantly.
Now Sony has joined in, there's no going back now, your stuck with it till Microsoft thinks it has enough of your money.
At least they are doing one good thing, Windows 10 will be a free upgrade for Windows 7 & 8 users

This is seriously the only thing good they have done for free in a long while. I really am looking forward to Windows 10 though, so I guess you give and you take.
