Hi Guys!
First off, let me explain the reasoning behind this post. Sony has recently banned all spoofers under 4.66.
Meaning, if a modder is using either Rebug/Any DEX CFW they are unable to access PSN.
There are only 3 CFW's that are capable of going online at this point in time. Ferrox 4.66, Habib Cobra 4.66, and DarkNet 4.66. These 3 CFW's are all CEX and not DEX. As for ITA users and lovers, Rancido (an ITA team member) announced on the 19th of February that..
"We were very very close to the release of CFW 4.65 COBRA (was in testing) but now that spoof not longer working we do not know what to do..
Lets see if we can find a solution.."
They are now investigating this problem with a fellow friend of mine, RawDog to try and find a solution.
Rumors of PSN being updated to OFW 4.70 have sprouted. Again, these are just rumors and not yet been confirmed in any way, shape, or form. IF PSN were to be updated, there would be no lobbies until a new CFW would be able to spoof to said update.
I hope I was able to clear atlas somethings up about the arising topic. Whether that'd be for Modders who had questions about why they can't access PSN or customers who were wondering why they're not being invited/or asking where are all the modded lobbies at?
If you're a modder on a DEX/Rebug System and simply cannot wait for a fix, I've included a video to show how to get onto Habib 4.66 CEX CFW for either Rebug or any DEX CFW. Please note, this is very time consuming if you've never done it before and could possibly brick your PS3 if not done correctly. If you have any questions or need any help, please, feel free to contact me on here or on the Skype in my bio!

ok so im on 4.65 rebug
my system information is

im new to modding by the way im not sure if im on cex or dex because mine doesnt ay 4.65 dex like yours i have a option where i can go to cex qa but right now its in dex debug menu type

Yes you can i was on rebug 4.65 and now im on habib 4.66 here is what to do....
1. Make Sure you don't have disk in ps3
2. Make Folder on USB Flash Drive (name it "PS3" another folder inside that called "UPDATE")
2. Download and Install Rogero 3.55 Downgrader RSOD (Rename PS3UPDAT.PUP)
3. Download QA Flag pkg and Run it (3 beeps Activates)
4. Download and install Kmeaw 3.55 cfw
5. Download HAbib 4.66 v1.01.pup and Install
6. Optional Install the new multiman mmC (version compatiable for habib4.66)
7. Done/1

I dont think rawdog is looking for a solution lol, rawdog is waiting for ITA to look for a solution.

Anyways, im on ITA DEX 4.60. How do i get to Habib 4.66 CEX? I have my flash dumps.
One thing do i need QA flag? When i try the button combo it doesnt work, i had it enabled before, but i formatted my PS3 while on ITA DEX. How ever in recovery menu, it says i can install anything above 2.50. What do i do? I want to be able to get to DEX again after a fix is in place. +REP for any detailed tuts.
