I have a few options to work with here. If you saw my last post TOTY Ronaldo is someone I am considering but these other forwards altogether seem more powerful. Give me your thoughts on this because it's obviously a huge investment and decision. Formation is irrelevant, just focus on the players. Please take the safety of the players into consideration aka that they wont crash in price and I will lose my coins. Any suggestions or other combinations of Ronaldo, Messi, Neymar, and/or Robben are appreciated.

I'd personally go for option 3.
This would be a lot more all well rounded and solid.
Although it's not TOTY Ronaldo, it's still Ronaldo who you know will be good.
Would just be great on the attacking side as well

In my opinion I would go for option 3 because toty Robben is much stronger than his normal card, very op, Messi good dribbler and FK, Ronaldo just good all round, strong,shooting,pace

I would go for option 2..
Had this attack before (with IF Neymar) and it was absolutely amazing! By far the best!
Especially because of TOTY Ronaldo, my god he is so so good words cant explain!
And ronaldo wont really be a danger of a price drop, he will most likely stay at 15 mil but if he does drop it will not be by much! Neymar and bale (if they do drop it'll be by 100-200k which with your budget is nothing!

the one with Toty messi I've played lots of wingers in strike and they don't play anywhere near as good as they play with full chem and Toty messi just looks amazing

I'd prefer Option 3.
It has a good balance, for example all three are almost on the same balance.
But if you put for example TOTY Ronaldo and then regular Robben, TOTY Ronaldo will outpace him and Robben wouldn't be able to keep up and for example pass.
Then it would be a unbalanced attack. I hope you know what I mean.

This is due to the fact Bale is amazing amd destroys and Neymar can run and has the skills!.
I dont have to say anything about Messi this fifa because everyone knows he is a god!
If choosing any other option i would go with 433(4) instead of (5) as the false 9 is a lot more difficult to use and has a weird style of play.
