I want to know which effects have been put together to make this effect? If anyone knows please let me know what they are called it's on Instagram and I have been trying to work it out for days but still not had any luck!
Here is the guys Instagram where the effect is: jakegibbons__ just copy and paste that onto Instagram.
It's on the fifth row down in the middle the selfie so yeah if you know what effects have been used please let me know I will appreciate it a lot thanks!

Im not sure that I found the right guy, but if I did, then he is probably not using a filter provided through instagram. He probably hit the little wrench icon and edited the picture himself. I suggest putting a Vignette and turning the warmth down. Other than that I think its just the luck of the picture and when he took it, where he took it and how it was taken.
