So guys, I am very interested in quotes and saying from films, or ones that you have cam up with in your head.

My favorite has to be from "The great dictator" speech.

That is my favorite movie by Charlie and that's my favorite scene my second favorite quote is

It's not so much the quote as it is the myth behind the quote.

The quote is, "This too shall pass."

The myth:

I'm sure a lot of people will already know this story, and there are two versions. The first is that there was a King who asked the wisest men in the city to make a ring which made him happy when he was sad. They etched 'This too shall pass' onto the ring, and it did make him happy when he was sad, but it also made him sad when he was happy.

The other version is that he asked for the ring to make him happy when he was sad, and to make him sad when he was happy.

I prefer the second version more, and the quote is also one of my favourites.
