The only way I have found to get out of bronze is to not get out of bronze. A feeding lane an afk, or a troll every game doesn't really help, then when you don't get any of those things your team will throw, or someone on the other team will miraculously hit a huge power spike(usually a jax), get fed, and gg. My teams never know how to react to someone snowballing and to shut them down. They also don't realize how important farming is... Idk, but I really don't like bronze.
