I have a 100% story completion, and by looking at my progress on my achievements (PC), I've completed 43/44 sidequests.

I can't find the final sidequest anywhere.. I may be blind but.. I've looked everywhere! Does anyone know if there is like specific areas you have to like run to and see if there is any quests?

And also, I still have an objective on my map, I don't know if that is related to the final side quest, but the waypoint takes me to the house where there is red smoke coming from it, however, the smoke is gone from the house, and I can't access the house anymore, even though the way point says that it's there I have to go for some reason.

All help is appriciated, want to have a real 100% story completion!
