Found this cool easter egg when playing with a friend earlier today!
You have to go to the antenna, found by going through the sewers. There are two ways to get there, you can either climb up at the very top of the antenna, and zipline your way down towards the ocean, and then there will be another zipline.
Or you can walk the entire way around which I did, and the "portal" will be located on top of some rocks. The portal is a flower, click on it, and you will get to the easter egg!
