Not sure how to explain it but I did a fresh Windows 7 install on my system and I can't seem to get the wifi on my motherboard to work at all. Before doing the install of course, the wifi worked just fine with no hiccups whatsoever. I have the Asus P8Z77-I WD (ITX with on board wifi card). I did the reinstall of Windows, installed all of the other Asus motherboard drivers and the nvidia driver for my GPU and everything else went just fine. I plugged in the included antennae and nothing. I uninstalled/reinstalled the wifi drivers several times and still nothing.

I'm thinking of starting over and reinstalling Windows again. Do y'all think it has anything to do with the order I installed the drivers? Any thoughts are welcome!

Try this.

Go to the search bar and search "Device Manager."
Next, go to the Network adapters tab and right click on your wireless adapter.
If the adapter is disabled then once you right click on it there should be an option to enable the adapter.
If the adapter is enable then click the "Update Driver Software"
Try updating your Adapter and if that still doesn't work try going to...

Control Panel - Network and Internet - Network and Sharing Center - Change Adapter Settings (On the left hand side) - Make sure that nothing is grayed out. If something is grayed out then right click it and click enable and/or update.

You've said that you've re-installed your drivers so I don't understand why your computer isn't picking them up.

If none of this helps then I'd suggest you call someone that will be able to help you. Good luck!

Unfortunately I couldn't solve my issue in device manager, good idea though.

I rummaged around my basement and found my drivers disc that came with my motherboard. I don't care if they're older drivers, they work and that's all I need.
