What will this be.
Does it mean if I have an inform Harry Kane, and he gets upgraded, the overall on my inform changes? Or does this mean he simply gets a new card. (So there will be three cards for him- normal, inform, upgraded)?

Yeah if you have his inform card the rating will be bumped up.

ok so ill explain so lets use isco as an example
so isco is 83 rated at the moment.
he has 2 inform cards and 84 Lm and a 85 Cam
if isco gets an upgrade lets say from 83 to 86 a new card will be released into packs of isco being 86 rated and the old card of 83 wont be able to be packed any more so what ever is on the market of his old card 83 rated will be the last ones ever. now this means the current inform versions of isco get an upgrade as well so iscos new card is 86 this means his old 84 LM will now be 87 LM and his 85 cam will be 88 Cam and ea will automaticly upgrade his inform cards. upgrades will be rolling out on the 13th of February
also forgot to mention credit to this guy
