Need some help with a squad

I currently have the full bayern team with piszczek as rb
Playing 433 4 and 433 5
I thought that it would be Very hard to beat that team
I was playing div 1 before with a much lower rated team with players obv not as good as i have now
But i cant get out of div 3 anymore
My problem is when i win i mosly win big
But i struggle and end up 0-0 or 1-1 very often
I dont find this team or formation to be very consistant
Almost imposible to beat silver teams or maybe its just me
I was thinking of getting suarez and neymar
But is that combo really better that
Robben and lewan
What about zlatan
If anyone can help me with a solid consistant team i would really apreciate it

Really hope some1 posts a solid squad that plays consistant every game

Think im going to sell robben
And try ibra if that doenst work for me
Ill prob try suarez and neymar upfront
Its just strange that i do better with a low rated team than i do with full bayern team
