they don't do ip bans, just don't use your retail and disconnect your ethernet cable from your retail whilst your rgh/jtag is on. also change your ip every time you switch from your retail to your rgh/jtag.
if you are that worried use a vpn

Learning how to have your ip setup to a dynamic ip is best so everytime it changes when flashing a new kv or getting on a vpn asap best bet but many other ways to avoid this bu. Good luck.

I used to host a lot and has 2 retails ban best method ive used and told other.

Before hosting go into your router gui take your retail mac address off of the dhcp client table.

When you are done hosting take your jtag/rgh mac address off your dhcp client table, that way when they ban that mac address to your ip it wont be connected to any other xbox consoles never got banned again.

I told people and they didnt get banned and could go right to their retail when bored with hosting.

there is no "Real" way to not get banned you need to understand this.
Furthermore Bans are universal meaning there is multiple factors that effect Bans.

to not bore you anymore, the "Smart" way is to Just keep the cheats to your self don't tell a soul (not even your friends) this is by far the best way. if only you know what you are doing and no one else this decreases the rate bans thus making you a sly happy camper.


note. Ms can still ban you its just a less of a chance then being caught with your hand being in the cookie jar.
