yes it is possible, you have to get a new KV but i think its for only certain consoles dont ask me i dont know anything other than that honestly

Changing a KV basically just changes all the details about your xbox live how they track it, if you didn't have a JTag there is no real reason to buy a new KV and change it out, just go and buy a new console thats it.

Probably because you score rose more then others, i bet they have certain leaderboards that tell who ranked up the most each day, i could be totaly wrong but that sounds like they could

trust me, everyone else in that game got wayyy more kills, so if they arnt banned then thats total bullshit.

but yeah, i got my gamertag banned this morning because i didn't update my credit card details after the card got cancelled, so they ban my GT, Microsoft ban you for stupid little things. I suggest you phone them up and ask why the **** they've banned your box, man those things ent cheap.
