Sweet Jebus. I thought you wanted a Mini-ITX rig? Single 980>SLI 970's. SLI 970'swill out-perform a single 980, but with a single 980, you have room to add another, which will out-perform SLI 970's. Plus, it's better to get a single stronger card than two weaker cards in SLI due to issues with SLI in some games, and what not. If you know for a fact that you wouldn't add a second 980 in SLI in the future and want more power now, get SLI 970's. Otherwise, a 980.

One monitor at 60 Hz 1080p? If so, just get one 970. In fact, I would not suggest a 980 in any case. If you want more than two cards, you probably don't care about the extra cost, anyway.

The 980 is just not $200 better than a $330 970.

Craigy I really can't ever buy 2 980's ever and the price of it is just too outragouse I can't spend over $1000 on just graphics cards I would have to come into quite a lot of money in the future because litteraly I am a 14 year old boy that only has around $1500 for a PC and not much more money in the future with all the summer jobs being hard to find so I would rather not take the chance of "coming into a lot of money" so I would just buy the 970 and then latter another because $300 is a lot less than $500 in my childhood so therefore I have 2 gtx 970 in 1 build so unless you can find a mini itx that can support 2 970's than I'm just getting a mid or full case

And I have 3 24" Asus monitors @60 hz 1080p what would the fps on bf4 and dayz on the 980 and the 970 sli
