I need a PayPal account and my mom doesn't want to let me use hers for some reason, but she's willing to open a student account for me. I have a few questions about these and I can't seem to find the answers anywhere, so here they are:
1. With a student account do I have my own balance and received payments?
2. Is there a 21 day waiting period for payments that are sent to me?
also, my moms paypal is fully verified, if that matters.
