Hey everyone,
So I have a few games for my Xbox One and Xbox 360 that I play and switch between systems. None of the games I own have any problems updating the stats (Ex. rank 7 on the One and rank 10 on the 360) all my games are fine.

But,
My girlfriend has an account that is recovered on my Xbox One, she recently starting playing Plants Vs Zombies Garden Warfare on her account on my Xbox One.
She liked it enough, she went home and bought it on her 360.

But what gets me here is that her stats are not updating when she gets home after a little bit of playing on my One.

1 thought I have is that is it because it's different houses?
does PVZ have a stat updating feature like Destiny or CoD?

P.S. I had her delete her profile only on her 360 and then recover it again to see if she would get her rank back.
didn't work. maybe deleting Profile and Items?
